Surviving the Narcissist
This is a group for adults who want to better understand, manage, engage, or disengage from people in their lives with narcissistic traits and characteristics. We will explore what narcissism can look like and the many forms it can take. We will support each other as we share stories of our experiences with narcissists, with being gaslit, love-bombed, or other forms of emotional abuse. We may discuss other types of personality disorders, including borderline and anti-social personality disorder so that we can better identify and handle individuals in our lives and those entering our future lives who may exhibit these traits.
This group may help you to make the hard decision to separate from, or to stay with, your narcissistic loved one. Either way, this group will provide you the tools and support to move forward toward a better life experience. Our goal is to help you to understand what is best for you, which is sometimes hard to do alone, especially when dealing with someone close to you who has traits of a personality disorder. Together, we heal and recover.
