Kristin Lagan, M.S.
Counselor at the Brentwood Office
You have a unique and special path, and I’m here to help you find meaning and purpose as you move through your process of growth, exploration, and healing. People seek out therapy in pivotal moments in their lives. Many times, there is a disconnection from their “center.” My goal is to walk beside you on your journey and help you rediscover yourself. My approach to therapy is simple and relaxed. We will go at your pace, and I will challenge you when needed. Most of all, you will feel heard, understood, and respected.
Clinical Experience
Before joining the Nashville Therapy Group, I honed my skills as a counselor at PSYCHē and as a mindfulness meditation instructor at Ananda Sangha Worldwide. My passion is centered around fostering positive emotions and behaviors, while working closely with clients to set and achieve their mental, emotional, and behavioral goals.
I consider myself a humanistic clinician, and it's my belief that every individual has the innate potential for growth and self-discovery. I approach each client with warmth and understanding, offering a supportive space for them to tap into their inner strengths and realize their full potential.
Clinical Specialties
My areas of special clinical interest include: life transitions, management of anxiety and depression, improvement of self-esteem and self-worth and one’s individual journey of self-exploration. I have a strong interest on the integration of psychology and spirituality.
