Clinical Experience
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Systems Theory, and integrate a variety of evidence based modalities including Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. When working with couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method.
