It’s true what they say about strength in numbers.
While the idea of sharing your personal challenges in a group setting may sound overwhelming to some, group therapy can be remarkably effective and group members are often astonished by how much they enjoy the experience and benefit from the process. In fact, for certain issues, group therapy may be the preferred method of treatment, providing growth and insight beyond what might be accomplished in individual therapy.
Group therapy is also a great resource for learning new skills and finding encouragement in the midst of life’s ongoing struggles. Whether you’re trying out therapy for the first time or meet regularly with an individual therapist you love, group therapy is an ideal opportunity to enrich your life. We offer a variety of support groups led by our experienced team of therapists and interns. Learn more about our current and upcoming groups below.

Surviving the Narcissist
This group is for adults seeking to understand, manage, or disengage from relationships with individuals who exhibit narcissistic traits. Through education and shared experiences, we will explore the impact of narcissism, gaslighting, love-bombing, and other forms of emotional manipulation. Discussions may also include traits of other personality disorders to help you recognize and navigate challenging relationships.
Whether you are deciding to stay or separate, this group offers support, tools, and guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Healing is possible, and you do not have to go through it alone.
Schedule: Group sessions are two hours and held in-person at an unpublished time and location.

Cost: $75 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.
Group Leader: Lela Altman, M.A.
Perfectly Imperfect: Overcoming Perfectionism
Being a perfectionist has its benefits— you push yourself towards excellence, achieve your goals, and find joy in hard work. But unhelpful perfectionism can just as easily work against you through things like fear of failure, self-doubt, or never feeling good enough. Ultimately, this cycle hinders your path to genuine happiness and contentment.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, this group will focus on what fuels perfectionism and skills to overcome it, without lowering your standards. In a safe and supportive environment, we will connect with each other while learning to embrace imperfection and treat ourselves with kindness and compassion.
Schedule: Our next cohort will open in January 2026. Please email if you’re interested!
Requirements: This is a closed group. Consultation is required prior to joining.
Cost: $75 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.

Motherhood & Me is a weekly virtual therapy group that supports postpartum women through these emotional, relational, and identity changes.
