Nomi Eniafe, MMFT
Marriage and Family Therapist at the East Nashville Office
Hi. I’m Nomi, and I want to hear your story. Our stories make us who we are, and these stories are forever changing as we move through the world. None of our stories are perfect, and the truth is, some of our stories leave us feeling weary. As your therapist, I want to meet you in your story and show you care and support. I want to help you begin writing a new chapter. It takes courage to begin this process, and I understand that change can be scary, but it is important work worth doing, and I am here to help you. You can change. A new chapter can be yours.
Clinical Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I was a wellness and dance instructor, creating movement when words weren’t enough. I made it a practice to build connection between movement and emotions. As a therapist, I believe in intentional process, and I utilize therapeutic models in a way that feels authentic while engaging in deep listening, nurturing energy, and enormous curiosity.
Clinical Specialties
My areas of special clinical interest include all types of relationships, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, issues with self-esteem and body image, sexual health and sexuality, anxiety, depression, as well as life transitions.
