Hi, I’m Sarah.

I believe in the power of deep connection, self-exploration, and healing. Working through the lens of relational therapy and family systems, I cultivate a safe and compassionate space for individuals to uncover patterns that no longer serve them and step into a more authentic, fulfilling life. My clients seek a deeper understanding of themselves and more passionate engagement in their lives. Relationships are the most important work we do in our lives, and the most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. Through experiential exercises and open dialogue, I facilitate an environment where you can uncover insights, develop new skills, and ignite the process of positive change. Fostering healthy relationships is a lifelong journey, and I am dedicated to equipping you with the tools to navigate challenges long after our sessions conclude. Together, we can work towards creating stronger, more fulfilling connections and a renewed sense of hope for the future.

Outside the therapy room I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, practicing yoga, reading the latest romantasy, and trying new restaurants.

Clinical Experience

I have worked with clients in a wide variety of settings including private practice, academic, and non-profit. I work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds from teen years to late life. I support individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidality, grief, and relationship conflict.

Clinical Specialties

I practice a client centered, evidence based clinical approach. I completed level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I specialize in conflict avoidant couples. I work with individuals struggling with perfectionism, childhood trauma, and disconnection.
