Perfectly Imperfect: A Group for Overcoming Perfectionism
Being a perfectionist has its benefits— you push yourself towards excellence, achieve your goals, and find joy in hard work. But unhelpful perfectionism can just as easily work against you through things like fear of failure, self-doubt, or never feeling good enough. Ultimately, this cycle hinders your path to genuine happiness and contentment.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, this group will focus on what fuels perfectionism and skills to overcome it, without lowering your standards. In a safe and supportive environment, we will connect with each other while learning to embrace imperfection and treat ourselves with kindness and compassion.
Schedule: This is a closed group, and will meet bi-weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00pm starting on September 12th.
Cost: $75 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.
