Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating space for what is true. Healing begins when we no longer have to choose between authenticity and connection. In our work together, I offer a warm, grounded presence to help you explore the parts of yourself you have had to hide in order to belong.
You can expect a space that is curious, compassionate, and attuned to your lived experience. I will meet you exactly where you are, with no urgency and no agenda, and walk alongside you as we listen for the deeper wisdom beneath your symptoms. Whether you are navigating grief, identity, relationships, or old patterns that no longer serve you, I will help you slow down, connect with your inner clarity, and move toward change that honors both your truth and your longing for connection.
Clinical Experience
Before joining Nashville Therapy Group, I co-founded the Nashville nonprofit Corner to Corner, where I partnered with adults and organizations to address both individual and systemic inequities. As the adoptive mother of a child with a disability, I bring lived experience and deep respect for how systems shape our inner and relational worlds.
My clinical work is grounded in the belief that our psychological well-being is shaped by the tension between authenticity and attachment. I help clients understand how early experiences and relational dynamics inform current patterns of protection, disconnection, and pain. Healing begins when we create enough internal and relational safety to turn toward what has been exiled in the name of belonging. From this place, meaningful change becomes possible, rooted not in fixing, but in reclaiming one’s full humanity.
Clinical Specialties
My practice is rooted in a relational, trauma-informed approach that honors the complexity of each client’s story. I specialize in working with couples navigating disconnection, conflict, or transition; individuals exploring identity, culture, and belonging; and high-achieving or high-profile clients seeking space beyond performance. I also support those carrying the weight of trauma, grief, adoption, or caregiving roles, offering a therapeutic space where their inner world can be met with clarity and care. Across all of these areas, my work is guided by a deep respect for the systems we come from and the parts of ourselves we have had to protect in order to survive.
