Hi, I’m Dylan.

Navigating food and nutrition in a world saturated with diet culture can feel overwhelming. Everywhere we turn, we’re told that happiness and health are tied to numbers—on the scale, on clothing tags, or in the calories we consume. I am passionate about helping people break free from these harmful narratives and develop a relationship with food that is nourishing, sustainable, and free from guilt. My approach is centered on intuitive eating, body trust, and rejecting the rigid expectations that diet culture imposes.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and those looking to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe and empowering. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of intuitive eating, healing from chronic dieting, or seeking perinatal and postnatal nutrition support, I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you feel at home in your body, develop self-compassion, and rediscover the joy of food without fear or restriction.

Clinical Experience

I earned my degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University and completed my Dietetic Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients in individual nutrition counseling, providing personalized coaching that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of nourishment.

Clinical Specialties

I work with individuals who are struggling with eating disorders, chronic dieting, emotional eating, body image distress, and the impact of systemic messaging around food and weight. I also specialize in intuitive eating and nutrition counseling for those navigating life transitions, including perinatal and postnatal nutrition support. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to support you in developing a more balanced, compassionate, and sustainable relationship with food.
