Meet our integrative physician.

Hi, I’m Dr. Megan.

I believe that true healing comes from an holistic approach, one that honors the person — mind, body, and spirit. As an integrative physician, I combine modern psychopharmacology and preventative medicine with holistic treatments like meditation, intuitive coaching, and energy work to help my clients find balance and thrive.

My passion is working with individuals navigating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, while providing a compassionate, personalized space for deeper healing.

I approach each client with curiosity and care, creating a non-judgmental, supportive environment where we can explore the root causes of their struggles. My focus is on helping you find lasting wellness, whether through medication, therapy, or holistic practices. Together, we will work to build resilience and empower you to lead a life of vitality and fulfillment.

The concierge model.

The concierge model reimagines what medical care can feel like. You become part of a small, intentionally limited practice where you are known, not rushed. By seeing fewer patients, Dr. Megan is able to offer each person truly individualized care, with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and meaningful connection. You’ll have direct access to your doctor, shorter wait times, and a trusted relationship built over time. It’s a thoughtful, personal approach to medicine centered entirely around you.

Longer appointment times.

When was the last time you truly felt heard in a medical appointment? Too often, visits feel rushed, barely enough time to skim the surface, let alone explore the complexity of your symptoms, experiences, and questions. Our model is different. With extended appointment times, you have the space to slow down, connect, and take a thorough, thoughtful approach to your care. You won’t feel like a number. You won’t be interrupted mid-sentence. You’ll have a partner in your care who is fully present, responsive, and committed to helping you feel your best.

Same-week and on-time appointments.

No months-long waitlists. No overbooked calendars. No crowded waiting rooms. We’re able to offer same-week availability and start your appointments on time, every time. This kind of access makes it easier to stay consistent with care, address concerns as they arise, and adjust your treatment plan when life changes. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you. If you need to reach us, we’re available. Your health deserves that kind of responsiveness.

Collaboration with your therapist and primary care physician.

When appropriate and with your permission, Dr. Megan can collaborate directly with your therapist, your primary care physician, and other providers involved in your care. She reviews relevant medical records, considers your full health history, and can order or interpret lab work when needed. This coordinated, whole-person approach helps identify underlying factors, avoid medication conflicts, and ensure that all aspects of your treatment are aligned and supportive of your overall well-being.

How much does integrative care cost?

Initial Evaluation

/55 minute visit

$425

Dr. Megan provides you with a comprehensive assessment that prioritizes listening, validation, and offering treatment options to address your unique needs. Your initial evaluation will be in-person to optimize communication and connection.

Follow-Up Visits

/25 minute visit

$250

Follow-up visits allow for the continuous evaluation of your progress, adjustment of your treatment plan as needed, and the exploration of new strategies to optimize your well-being. Follow-ups are best in-person, but may be conducted via telehealth.

15 Minute Quick-Checks

/15 minute visit

$150

Dr. Megan offers 15 minute quick-checks for established patients who wish to maintain their current medication with no other changes. Quick-checks may be in-person or telehealth.

The number of visits you need is unique to you.

Each patient has a unique background, distinct goals, and varying availability. An initial evaluation is required to become an established patient. After that, it’s up to you and your needs. You may need additional visits early on to explore various treatment options, and patients experiencing crisis or major stressors may need to be seen more frequently. Typically, you can expect to have a follow-up one month after a change in medication. Most patients will only need a quick-check every three months to maintain their prescriptions.

We do not accept insurance.

Dr. Megan is considered an out-of-network provider, which means she does not bill insurance directly, but many patients are still able to get partial reimbursement for their care. You’ll pay for services at the time of your appointment, and she can accept HSA and FSA cards as payment. She can also provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies widely, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and deductibles. Many patients also use services such as Thrizer that simplify the claims process.

Payment plans are available.

We don’t want the up-front cost to be an impediment to you receiving the level of care you deserve. Upon request, we are happy to break the payment for the initial evaluation into three monthly installments.
