Hi, I’m Wesley.
When we slow down and listen, we often find the parts of us that are waiting to be witnessed. I’m a therapist in Nashville who support individuals, couples, and groups who feel disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles they can’t break. I believe healing and change are possible when our story is met with trust and acceptance—in its wholeness, without judgment.
In our work together, we’ll explore both the symptoms and the root causes of disconnection, creating space for growth, healing, and deeper connection—with yourself and others. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and emotionally focused. I weave creativity and evidence-based modalities, using metaphor, bodily awareness, and deep listening as tools for reconnection and post-traumatic growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as an artist and craftsman. I bring that same intuitive, hands-on approach to therapy—honoring the intricacies and uniqueness of each person’s story.
Clinical Experience
My clinical experience includes IOP addiction and recovery programs, university counseling centers, and outpatient trauma recovery, working with both individuals and groups. In session, I integrate talk therapy with bottom-up approaches, such as Brainspotting (BSP), to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
Clinical Specialties
As a second-career therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals during seasons of transition, those caught in unwanted cycles, and those experiencing a crisis of purpose. I often work with adults processing injuries from family-of-origin and other relational injuries. My clinical focus is on developmental trauma, attachment injuries, and personality development. With care and intentionality, I help clients move toward a greater sense of connection, integration, and healing with themselves and others.
