Hi, I’m Wesley.

Where do we turn when things fall apart? When the pain runs deep? When we wonder if change is even possible? I’ve continued to ask these questions both as a clinician and as a client. In my experience, healing and change become possible when our story is met with trust and acceptance—in its wholeness, without judgement.

I’m a pre-licensed psychotherapist who supports individuals, couples, and groups on their journey of healing and change. I often work with those who feel stuck, disconnected, or without hope—those who can’t find peace and feel like they’ve tried everything.

In our work together, I aim to offer that kind of presence: curious, grounded, and without judgment. I believe that when we slow down and listen to what’s beneath the surface, we often find the parts of us that are still waiting to be witnessed. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and emotionally-focused. I integrate creativity and evidence-based modalities, using metaphor, bodily awareness, and deep listening as tools for reconnection.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as an artist and craftsman. I bring that same intuitive, hands-on approach to therapy—honoring the intricacies and uniqueness of each person’s story. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about who you are or where you’re going, I offer a space where your entire story is welcome.

Clinical Experience

I have clinical experience across diverse settings, including nonprofit addiction and recovery communities, university counseling centers, and private practice. Throughout my clinical experience, I’ve continued to ask a fundamental question: What helps, and what heals?

My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered orientation that integrates talk therapy with bottom-up methods like Brainspotting to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation. I draw from a Jungian lens—honoring the symbolic, intuitive, and often unseen dimensions of our inner world. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.

Clinical Specialties

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and the lasting impact of family-of-origin and relational harm. My clinical focus includes trauma recovery, complex and developmental trauma, attachment wounding, personality development, and interpersonal distress. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals in seasons of transition—individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. My approach attends to both the symptoms and root causes of disconnection. With care and intentionality, I help clients move toward greater connection, integration, and healing.
