Hi, I’m Nicole.

I believe therapy is about more than just finding solutions—it's about creating a deep, meaningful relationship where you feel seen, safe, and understood. My approach is relational and rooted in attachment, which means our work together centers on the connection between us as a space for healing. I believe that when we feel securely connected, we can begin to explore the deeper roots of our struggles and understand how past experiences may be shaping the present. With compassion and curiosity, I help you not just manage symptoms, but transform the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. In our work, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome—even the parts that feel too much, not enough, or hard to share. I believe those parts hold wisdom, and that your wholeness is already within you. Together, we’ll build a relationship that supports you in reconnecting with yourself and cultivating more authentic, fulfilling relationships in your life.

Clinical Experience

I am trained in Safety and Attachment-Focused EMDR (SAFE), an approach that integrates attachment theory with EMDR to help process trauma and heal relational wounds. This method allows us to address not just the emotional impact of past experiences, but also the ways those experiences shape your present relationships and sense of self. As a board-certified neurofeedback clinician, I bring a holistic understanding of brain function into my therapeutic work, helping clients achieve emotional regulation and mental well-being.

With experience in both community agencies and private practice, I have worked with teens and adults across a wide range of challenges. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-focused relational therapies, which allows us to explore the different parts of you—those internal parts and patterns that have developed over time as a response to your experiences. Together, we will build a secure, supportive therapeutic relationship that helps you heal and integrate these parts, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate more authentic, fulfilling relationships with others.

Clinical Specialties

As a licensed therapist, I specialize in working with adults who struggle to connect with their authenticity, often due to patterns like perfectionism, high functioning anxiety, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment. These patterns can contribute to feelings of isolation, disconnection, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I am trained to work with a wide range of trauma, including generational trauma and the effects of dysfunctional family systems, helping clients understand how past experiences influence their present relationships and self-worth. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship distress. Through this work, I help clients heal underlying patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and reconnect with their true selves.
