Hi, I’m Abby.

I believe in your capacity for change, healing, and growth. Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck or uncertain, and therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. I offer a warm, open-minded, and collaborative approach that honors your strengths and supports meaningful self-discovery. Whether you’re navigating relational challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking greater peace and self-acceptance, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and even a little humor.

Clinical Experience

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in both private practice and academic settings. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches to support meaningful growth and connection.

Clinical Specialties

While I have experience working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, my areas of special interest include men’s issues, neurodivergence, attachment wounds, life transitions, anxiety, and couple and family conflict. I work with couples across all relationship stages—including dating, premarital, cohabiting, and married—helping partners strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and care.

I also offer discernment counseling—a short-term, structured process that supports couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship. It’s designed to help each partner gain clarity and confidence in deciding whether to pursue separation or commit to working on the relationship, all while being supported with compassion and neutrality.
