Hi, I’m Eirene.

I believe that the relationship we build together in therapy is a vital part of what makes meaningful change possible. It’s what allows us to move forward with intention, honesty, and real momentum. So, here’s how I view my role as a therapist—and what you might expect our work together to feel like:

I see myself as a fellow traveler walking alongside you—someone committed to learning the landscape of your life with genuine curiosity and care. My hope is that the time we spend together becomes an honest, liberating space—one where you can explore what authenticity means for you and begin to live it out with more ease, openness, and self-trust. This work is sacred to me, and I hold it with deep respect.

Lastly, let’s not forget that your therapy is exactly that: yours. It’s deeply important to me that we stay connected to that fact. That’s why I offer a space where you can speak freely about what’s working and what isn’t—a space where feedback isn’t just welcomed but often celebrated. My style is relational, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that we face things best when we face them together.

If you think I might be a good fit for you, let’s start a conversation and see where it leads.

Clinical Experience

I work with adults who are ready to look inward and (re)connect with themselves, especially around themes of emotion and belonging. In therapy, I pay close attention to what feels alive and unspoken, supporting clients as they notice and express what’s true beneath old patterns like people-pleasing or self-criticism. My approach is soft but solid, highly collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for each person’s lived experience and story.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of special clinical interest include emotional access and expression, self-compassion, codependency, trauma recovery, childhood experiences, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development and exploration, and relationships with self and others. I am sex-positive, believe all bodies are good bodies, and celebrate the queer community—which I’m proud to be part of.
