Hi, I’m Cameron.

Whether you are looking to begin therapy after a life change or traumatic experience, or are just hoping to find a space where you can fully be yourself, I am so glad you are here. Being allowed to come alongside someone as they face deep hurt and vulnerability, to challenge and celebrate them, to laugh and cry with them, is such an honor for me. My hope is our time in therapy holds space for you, a space where you can explore previously unknown and unacceptable parts of yourself, a space where change can take place.

Clinical Experience

After completing my graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, I worked for several years in community mental health as a school social worker working with families, leading groups, and collaborating with community organizations. Once beginning my time in as an individual practitioner I began working with adolescents and adults, and specifically with the perinatal population. In practice I draw from evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness and strengths-based approaches. With a graduate certificate and clinical experience in Trauma Treatment, I also specialize in helping clients address traumatic experiences and create healthy thought patterns and attachments.

Clinical Specialties

I work most often with those experiencing depression, OCD, anxiety, ADHD, or life transitions. I also enjoy and have experience working with teens and adults to increase their social skills and ability to connect with others. Additionally, in 2022 I received advanced clinical training in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. Since then, I have been working with individuals experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, loss, or infertility.
