Hi, I’m Jennifer.

I’m glad you’re here. I believe our deepest healing begins when we find meaning. I also believe this can happen in even the most difficult circumstances. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, client-centered space for meaning-finding built on warmth, authenticity and acceptance. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time - sometimes a little humor is a good reminder that healing can hold both depth and lightness. Before beginning my own journey into professional therapy I worked in events and marketing but mainly focused on raising a family.

With 19 years of experience as a ‘work at home mom’ of four children I bring a wealth of real-world insight and experience in child and family development and dynamics, conflict resolution and emotional resilience. I know first hand the importance of creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where growth and healing can occur.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of special clinical focus include life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, couple conflict and communication, parenting issues, women’s issues, breaking generational cycles, existential distress and self-worth.

Education

M.A. in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Trevecca University (Graduation 2026)
