Hi, I’m Caitlin.
I believe every individual has an innate healing ability. My practice has a uniquely integrative mind-body-spirit approach rooted in guiding clients toward their own inner resources so they can live more empowered, radiant lives.
Mind - As a clinical hypnotherapist, it is my objective to help you access your subconscious mind for wisdom and healing tools that will help you reframe and reprogram your current beliefs. Working together, we can transform whatever is causing you pain or blocking you from moving forward with compassion and strength.
Body - As a former full-time massage therapist that has worked with thousands of clients and a trauma-informed Yoga/meditation instructor, I incorporate strategies and techniques that facilitate lasting relaxation, release, and transformation while boosting the body’s capacity to heal itself through deep relaxation and guided care.
Spirit - I have studied techniques such as Reiki, ritual, energy medicine, and chakra healing as well as maintaining an in-depth spiritual and meditation practice in my own life. By channeling the life force that moves through all things with an intention of loving-kindness, I can provide a safe container for your spirit to release whatever is no longer serving your highest good.
Having experienced firsthand how perceived limitations and past traumas can become powerful sources of wisdom and personal transformation, I understand that true healing requires curiosity, compassion, and connection. This work invites the realignment of the mind-body-spirit system in a safe, integrative, and deeply nurturing space.
Clinical Experience
I began teaching Yoga as a volunteer in my early 20s at the Aviva Family Center in Hollywood, CA, a government facility housing teenage girls who had been removed from their homes by child services. My interest in teaching Yoga to marginalized and at-risk populations persisted throughout my 20s and I was employed with the government-founded organization Y.O.G.A. for Youth, teaching in juvenile detention centers and high schools in underserved communities in Los Angeles. In 2017 I became a certified massage therapist and worked in high-end spas before bringing my own practice to Hyperion Chiropractic in Silver Lake, CA where I specialized in alleviating symptoms of trauma with Craniosacral Therapy and advanced soft tissue work. I moved to Mexico and worked with local healing practitioners to create unique healing experiences for tourists in the Sayulita area while finishing a nonfiction book (published in 2021 and featured in NYLON magazine) called Meditations for Party Girls before training in Hypnotherapy and establishing my own modality integrating bodywork with hypnotherapy in Nashville, TN in 2023.
Clinical Specialties
I love working with clients who feel like they are stuck in patterns that they cannot think their way out of, especially with symptoms which may be related to traumatic experiences. Survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence are of particular interest to me as I have experienced how safe and healing touch and reconnection with personal power can transform a survivor's ability to regulate their emotions and have better relationships, sleep, creativity, and overall well-being. As a creative I also enjoy working with artists who are dealing with issues like creative burnout and writer's block.

I do hold a certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with the International Board of Hypnotherapy. My current practice focuses on hypnotherapy with light touch informed by “listening points” in Craniosacral Therapy and other non-invasive, holistic modalities that support deep rest, personal insight, and energetic alignment.
