Hi, I’m Katelyn.

I believe therapy is a space to get honest—with yourself, your patterns, and your potential. It’s a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and embodiment, my integrative approach supports you in embracing your most authentic self and living in alignment with your values. This work can be challenging, but together we’ll explore your inner world at your pace with levity and compassion.  Whether you’re seeking clarity, transformation, or deeper acceptance, I’m honored to meet you where you’re at and support you on your journey.

Clinical Experience

I have worked primarily with adults in private practice, supporting clients of all backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized to each individual, drawing from ACT, CBT, IFS, and somatic techniques.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent a decade in the corporate world holding various strategic and leadership roles. That experience strengthened my client-centered mindset, honed my ability to remain grounded in high-pressure environments, and enhanced my capacity to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Drawing on my yoga background and meditation practice, I bring a mindful and grounded presence to the therapy room. This enables me to stay deeply attuned to each client’s pace and needs.

Clinical Specialties

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety (including OCD), depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity development. I have a particular interest in supporting clients through career and workplace challenges—including leadership development, creative blocks, burnout, and work-life balance—drawing from my own background in corporate and creative industries. My work is LGBTQ+ and kink-affirming, and inclusive of ENM and polyamorous relationship structures.
