Hi, I’m Larissia.
There are seasons in life when something feels stuck — in relationships, in identity, in creativity, or under the pressure of holding everything together. I don’t believe anyone is meant to stay there.
I work with individuals, couples, and parents ready to look honestly at repeating patterns and begin shifting them. Many of my clients are creatives and neurodivergent adults navigating ADHD or autism while building meaningful lives in systems that don’t always fit. On the outside, they often appear capable and high-functioning. Underneath, they may feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.
I have a particular heart for couples caught in the pursue–withdraw cycle, men who struggle to access or articulate their emotions, and women who find themselves overfunctioning — carrying the mental and emotional load at home and in their relationships.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and engaged. Together, we slow down reactive cycles, clarify what’s happening beneath them, and build practical movement toward connection and change. Therapy with me is both a steady place to land and a space to do meaningful work.
You don’t have to stay stuck. There is a way forward.
Clinical Specialties
I work with both individuals and couples who are navigating all kinds of life experiences—whether that’s healing from trauma, working through codependency or attachment wounds, neurodivergence, moving through a big life transition, or simply feeling stuck, anxious, or low. I have a special interest in supporting women as they navigate identity shifts, relationships, and the pressures of everyday life. I also walk alongside clients who are carrying grief or facing depression and anxiety, helping them find steadier ground and reconnect with what matters most.
