Hi, I’m Larissia.
I’m glad you’re here. I know firsthand how personal and sometimes tender it can feel to search for the right therapist. I believe therapy should be a safe place to land, and that’s exactly what I strive to offer.
I’m a pre-licensed therapist specializing in working with individuals and couples. My approach is supportive, grounded, and affirming. I meet people where they are and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them as they move toward feeling more centered and whole.
Having personally benefited from therapy, I’m passionate about helping clients access the tools and insights already within them. Every step toward growth and healing is a step toward becoming the version of yourself that has always been there, just waiting to be uncovered.
I applaud you for taking this step in your journey and would be honored to meet you where you are.
Clinical Specialties
I work with both individuals and couples who are navigating all kinds of life experiences—whether that’s healing from trauma, working through codependency or attachment wounds, neurodivergence, moving through a big life transition, or simply feeling stuck, anxious, or low. I have a special interest in supporting women as they navigate identity shifts, relationships, and the pressures of everyday life. I also walk alongside clients who are carrying grief or facing depression and anxiety, helping them find steadier ground and reconnect with what matters most.
