Hi, I’m Jessika.
Tell me about the fights that go in circles, the distance that keeps growing, or the loneliness that creeps in even when you're not alone. Share it with me, and together we’ll find the way forward.
Sit with me in a nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and honestly, knowing you will be met with unconditional empathy and understanding, no matter what you’re going through. My approach is warm, intuitive, and personalized to support your unique needs and goals.
Clinical Experience
I’ve worked in nonprofit, academic, and private practice settings, and use a variety of evidence-based modalities including Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry as a producer, director, acting teacher, and intimacy coordinator. This background helps me deeply understand the nuances and emotional complexities that come with all kinds of relationships and close collaborations. Whether you’re navigating artistic, romantic, or professional relationships, I help clients build meaningful connections or, when needed, part ways with clarity and care
Clinical Specialties
My areas of special clinical interest include all aspects of relationships. I work with individuals and couples navigating desire discrepancy, infidelity, breakups, divorce, and high-conflict communication. I’m deeply experienced in supporting relationships of all kinds, including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, as well as kink and BDSM dynamics. I also provide both premarital and discernment counseling.
I enjoy working closely with men who are exploring what it means to be emotionally present in a world that hasn’t always welcomed their full humanity. I offer a safe and supportive space to deconstruct inherited ideas about masculinity while making room for anger, grief, longing, and desire — feelings that are often difficult to name, let alone share.
Other areas of focus include identity exploration and self-discovery, codependency, trauma and complex PTSD, substance use, anxiety, compulsive sexual behavior, grief and loss, and perimenopause and menopause. I also support clients in recovery from sexual assault.
I have a special interest in working with clients who are healing from spiritual trauma, recovering from purity‑culture harm, or wrestling with faith‑related or existential concerns. I am proud to offer affirming, knowledgeable care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
