Hi, I’m Hannah.
I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful catalyst for healing. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I offer a safe and trusting space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued, opening the door to deep self-understanding and meaningful change. In this space, you don’t have to carry your story alone. Together, we can hold it with care, honoring both the pain and the hope it contains. Through our relationship, you’ll have a space to explore your past and present experiences, moving toward greater clarity, strength, and self-trust. I see my role as walking alongside you as you navigate both the brokenness and the joy in your life, supporting you as you uncover what healing and well-being look like for you.
My approach is grounded in creating a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and being fully yourself. I offer thoughtful, encouraging reflections and, when needed, gentle but direct guidance to support your growth. I combine a relational, client-centered perspective with evidence-based techniques tailored to fit your unique needs and goals. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey of growth and healing.
Clinical Experience
I work with adults and young adults seeking guidance in navigating their emotions, identifying underlying patterns from childhood or trauma that impact their present life experiences, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves to address challenges in their lives and relationships. I also work with couples seeking premarital counseling to strengthen their relationship and prepare for marriage, as well as couples navigating recurring patterns of conflict and communication difficulties. My approach is grounded in the belief that when we address our pain within the safety of a secure therapeutic relationship, we create space for learning, growth, and lasting healing.
In my clinical work with individuals, I often utilize EMDR to support trauma healing. For couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Prepare/Enrich program to guide premarital and relationship work.
Clinical Specialties
My areas of clinical interest include trauma recovery, childhood experiences, and attachment wounds, particularly how these impact your relationship with yourself and others. I work with clients navigating codependency, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of life transitions. I also support those affected by dysfunctional family systems, helping you uncover and heal patterns that may be influencing your emotional well-being and relationships today. Additionally, I work extensively with couples, providing premarital counseling and support for all couples navigating challenges with communication, conflict, and attachment.
