Hi, I’m Megan.

I work with people who spend a lot of time in their own heads. If your inner monologue is loud, relentless, or just exhausting to live with, that's exactly the kind of thing I find interesting to work on. I bring a lot of warmth to the work, and I'll be honest: a little humor too, when it fits. Therapy doesn't have to be heavy every minute, and I think the moments where things lighten up are often when real things get said. What stays constant is the seriousness with which I take the relationship we're building. I don't think healing happens through technique alone. It happens when someone actually feels known.

Clinical Experience

I have worked with kids, teens, and adults in both community settings and private practice, but my approach adapts to you. I draw on EMDR, parts work, CBT, and attachment-based frameworks, but I hold all of it loosely depending on what you need in the room. In my work, I have found that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is an integral part of growth. Finding a good fit where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable is of the utmost importance to me.

Clinical Specialties

I specialize in working with teens and adults who have a loud, active inner monologue. That often shows up as anxiety, harsh self-criticism, or a persistent sense of not quite measuring up. I'm particularly drawn to attachment and relationship patterns, the ways early experiences quietly shape how we show up in connection with others, and how those patterns can shift.

I also work with people navigating life transitions, those moments where the old map stops working and you're not sure what comes next. Identity work is a significant part of what I do, whether that's sorting out who you are after a major change, or coming into a clearer sense of self for the first time. I affirm all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and consensual relationship styles, and I aim to create a space where you don't need to explain or justify who you are before we get to work. If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect.
