Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here! It’s an honor to be part of your journey toward healing and growth. I know that taking the first step and reaching out for support is not always easy, and I want to acknowledge how courageous that is.
Growth is not linear, and therapy is a space where we can explore whatever you're carrying at your pace, in your own way. As we work together, I prioritize building trust through active, reflective listening, attuned presence, and deep respect for your story. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected just as you are. I’ll meet you with empathy, emotional responsiveness, and compassion.
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to help you reconnect with your emotions, needs, and values in a way that supports meaningful, lasting change. While I’m still learning and growing in my role, I am deeply committed to showing up with care, curiosity, and integrity as we navigate this process together.
It’s a privilege to be part of your journey, and I’m honored to support you in discovering new possibilities for growth and healing.
Clinical Specialties
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children of all ages through a systemic and relational lens. I am especially passionate about helping couples and families improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and shift relational patterns to create a more supportive dynamic.
My additional clinical interests include relationship challenges, emerging adulthood, self-esteem, identity development, inner child work, and topics related to sex and intimacy. I aim to support clients in navigating personal growth, building deeper connections, and developing a stronger sense of self, while also equipping them with practical tools that they can carry into their lives beyond the therapy room.
