Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m passionate about supporting clients through life’s biggest transitions. Whether you’re navigating early parenthood, stuck in painful relationship patterns, feeling disconnected from yourself or trying to raise your children differently than you were raised - you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with individuals, couples, families, parents, and postpartum moms who feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll move toward deeper connection - with yourself, your partner, and your children - in a way that feels authentic and intentional.

My approach is warm, collaborative and validating while ensuring we're creating movement toward your goals. I strive to help you understand the root of why you may feel stuck while providing real tools to help you move forward. Whether you're facing identity shifts, parenting challenges, or relational conflict - therapy with me is a space to heal - not just cope. Together, let’s move towards authenticity over perfection and work on building a deeper connection to yourself and others.

Clinical Experience

I’ve worked in private practice with couples in conflict, individuals recovering from childhood trauma and parents seeking support as they break generational patterns. I also have experience working with military couples navigating deployments and active duty, as well as veterans adjusting to life after service.

Clinical Specialties

I work with clients navigating life transitions, relational conflict, postpartum challenges, along with untangling childhood attachment wounds and trauma. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT Externship Certificate) and I utilize an attachment lens as the foundation of my approach. In addition, I am pursuing certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
