Hi, I’m Brooke.
Seeking support takes courage, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, relationship patterns, or simply feeling stuck, my approach is collaborative and centered on helping you reconnect with your strengths, needs, and sense of self.
I use EMDR to help clients heal from attachment wounds and develop more secure, fulfilling relationships. Together, we work to understand how early experiences shaped your ways of connecting, so we can process unresolved emotions, reduce reactivity, and foster a greater sense of safety and trust—both with yourself and others.
I know how draining it can be to overthink, constantly push yourself, or feel like you’re never enough. You don’t have to keep carrying that alone. If you're ready to move beyond old patterns and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are, I’d be honored to support you.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy crocheting, reading, thrifting, going to live shows, and spending time with my cat, Jupiter.
Clinical Experience
I’ve had the immense privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatric services, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient group practices, and community mental health. Over the past six years, I’ve supported adolescents and adults through a wide range of mental health concerns - providing therapy to individuals, facilitating groups, and working with couples and families to strengthen connection and communication.
Clinical Specialties
Many of my clients feel exhausted from constantly trying to meet everyone’s expectations while neglecting their own needs. They may struggle with complex trauma, ADHD, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or attachment issues, often feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm. Beneath it all is a deep desire to break free, set healthier boundaries, and feel more grounded and authentic in their relationships and within themselves. My goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and a lasting sense of peace.
