Hi, I’m Megan.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and I want you to know you’re not alone. As a therapist, I believe meaningful change happens when insight leads to action, and that process begins with safety, trust, and connection. I bring a warm, authentic presence to the therapy room, offering clients not just a space to be heard, but to feel genuinely understood. My approach is rooted in unconditional empathy and deep respect for your unique story. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together, knowing that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be seen without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, and inner world are connected. By uncovering the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others, we can begin to loosen the hold of old habits and stories that no longer serve you. I believe that insight is powerful, but change doesn’t stop there. I also support clients in building the practical skills they need to navigate life with more confidence and emotional clarity. In our work, that might look like learning to name your needs, set healthier boundaries, respond to anxiety with self-compassion, or shift the way you show up in relationships. I’ll bring curiosity, patience, and encouragement to each session as we work toward meaningful growth, on your terms, and at your pace.

Clinical Specialties

I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a special focus on supporting young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges. I also work with clients navigating the impact of religious trauma or unraveling the lingering effects of high-control environments. In couples and family work, I help clients improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and create space for deeper connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and reflective, balancing emotional insight with practical tools. Whether we’re exploring generational patterns or building coping skills, I aim to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their daily lives.
