Hi, I’m Aubry.

My approach to therapy is rooted in connection and collaboration. This involves helping clients deepen their relationship with themselves and others by fostering greater awareness and self-compassion. I support clients in exploring and making sense of their inner world so they can bring more intention, balance, and authenticity to their relationships and everyday lives. The goal is to create a safe and thoughtful space where clients feel empowered to embrace all parts of themselves and build a life that reflects who they truly are. My work is evidence-based and integrative, grounded in Bowenian family systems theory, attachment-based therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Clinical Experience

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including an integrative mental health clinic—addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this setting, I provided group therapy to adults and worked alongside medical professionals to support individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. I also gained valuable experience at a university-based community mental health center, where I worked with children, couples, and families. Specific clinical experiences include neurodivergent individuals and couples, premarital couples, trauma work, families with adult children, grief work, chronic illness, and play therapy with kids and teens.

Clinical Specialties

While I value my work with a diverse range of client populations and presenting concerns, my areas of special interest include children and adolescents, premarital couples, anxiety and OCD, athletes, chronic health concerns, trauma and attachment wounds, and codependency.
