Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m so glad you’re here!  It is an honor and privilege to walk alongside you in this journey.  My hope for therapy is to provide a safe space to feel the full range of the human experience.  I truly believe healing only happens when you feel fully seen and heard, and my hope is that you experience this in the therapy space with me.   My goal is that you feel safe enough to bring your full self to the room, and I will do the same.

Clinical Experience

I have clinical experience in several different settings such as residential, private practice, community mental health, and substance use treatment.  I completed an internship in graduate school working in a private practice and a residential facility for survivors of sex trafficking, providing group and individual therapy.  After graduating, I worked in an outpatient medication assisted treatment (MAT) program for substance use disorders where I provided both group and individual therapy.  My most recent experience was working in a community mental health agency providing individual therapy to a number of different populations.  In my current role, I use different modalities in order to meet the client where they are.  I use a trauma informed approach, making sure that safety and autonomy are always a priority in treatment.  I am trained in many different modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Because no modality is a one size fits all, I pull techniques and aspects from each of these modalities to give the client the best treatment possible for their unique needs.

Clinical Specialties

Areas of special clinical interest include athletes and high achievers, anxiety, depression, trauma/complex trauma, substance use, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship/attachment issues, codependency, and life transitions.  I work primarily with individual adults 18+.
