Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m so glad you’re here. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever brings you to therapy. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up fully, feel deeply, and know that you’re seen and heard without judgment. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered, and I’m committed to creating that kind of space with you. This is your journey, and I’m here to support it with presence, curiosity, and care. All I ask is that you bring your whole self, and I’ll do the same.

Therapy is a big part of my life, but it’s not the only one. I’m originally from California but have called Nashville home for over a decade. I love playing soccer, hunting for thrifted treasures, trying new restaurants, and diving into a good book or binge-worthy show. I’m someone who thrives in meaningful connection, but as a classic introvert, I also value quiet time to recharge.

Clinical Experience

My clinical background has taken me across a wide range of settings, including residential treatment, private practice, community mental health, and substance use care. I’ve completed specialized internships offering support to survivors of sex trafficking, and I have experience in outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) supporting clients with substance use disorders. Most recently, I provided individual therapy to a diverse range of clients at a community mental health agency.

In my current work, I take a trauma-informed approach that centers safety, autonomy, and deep respect for each person’s unique process. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work to what feels most useful and supportive for you, blending tools and techniques to meet you exactly where you are.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of special clinical interest include athletes and high achievers, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, substance use, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship issues, codependency, and life transitions.  I work primarily with individual adults.
