Supporting you through the seasons of parenting, from conception to connection.
Parenting is one of the most meaningful and most demanding roles you’ll ever take on. Whether you’re navigating toddler tantrums, sibling dynamics, or the emotional rollercoaster of raising teens, therapy can offer a steady, supportive space to help you find your footing. Through parent coaching and therapeutic guidance, we help individuals and couples move from overwhelm to more intentional, connected parenting.
Of course, parenting begins long before a child arrives. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life with a newborn, or raising a growing child, these seasons can bring both profound joy and unexpected overwhelm. They may stretch your identity, your relationship, your patience, and your sense of self. And while this journey is deeply personal, you don’t have to walk it alone.
We offer care that honors the complexity of your path. Whether you’re facing infertility, navigating IVF or surrogacy, preparing for adoption, or coping with grief and loss after miscarriage, this season may carry both hope and heartbreak. Therapy can help you feel more grounded and supported, even when the road ahead feels uncertain.
We provide compassionate support through every stage of the parenting journey—from pregnancy and postpartum to family dynamics, parenting challenges, and emotional well-being across the lifespan. However you come to parenthood, and wherever you find yourself along the way, you deserve care that honors the whole of your experience.

““Parenting can be so rewarding and beautiful and also incredibly challenging. In our work together, I can help parents develop practical skills, strengthen emotional connection with their children, develop effective communication strategies and build confidence in their role. Whether you’re navigating early childhood, adolescence, or co-parenting, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore your values, discover new strategies, manage transitions, create a more connected home environment, and help you feel more grounded and assured in your role as a parent.”

“I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the many changes that come with family life and motherhood. These seasons can bring moments of deep joy, but also grief, loss, and unexpected challenges. Whether it's adjusting to new family dynamics, postpartum transitions, or navigating the heartbreak of loss. My approach is warm and collaborative, helping you feel empowered, grounded, and supported as you process these experiences and move through the challenges and joys in this season.”

“Parenting brings big changes, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I combine parent empowerment and psychoeducation with work on your own emotional wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore how your family patterns shape your parenting—so you can break cycles and show up as the parent you want to be.”

“I specialize in parent coaching for parents of anxious children (SPACE), providing practical strategies and compassionate support to help families build resilience and emotional connection. With advanced clinical training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), I also offers expert care for parents navigating the transition from pregnancy through early parenthood.”

“I work with clients navigating postpartum, as well as the transitions of pregnancy and parenting. Using an attachment-based, perinatal-informed approach, I offer space to explore identity, emotions, and relationship shifts while supporting deeper connection to yourself and your growing family.”

“I support mothers through the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with parenting. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, struggling to stay connected to yourself, or navigating challenges with your partner or child, I offer a space to reflect, reset, and feel supported. My work centers on helping mothers move through guilt, burnout, and self-doubt to build a more grounded, intentional approach to family life.”

“I work with parents who may not feel aligned in their approach to raising children, offering guidance and support as they navigate differences in parenting styles and family backgrounds. I also offer parent coaching with a focus on supporting families raising children with disabilities. Drawing from my background as a former special education teacher, I help parents better understand their child’s IEPs and 504 plans so they feel confident navigating the educational system and advocating for their child’s needs. Together, we explore strategies to support learning and growth at home while also reviewing and providing feedback on educational plans to ensure they align with the child’s strengths and challenges. My goal is to empower parents with both knowledge and practical tools so they can feel equipped, supported, and connected in their parenting journey.”
-
“I work with mothers who are carrying so much, mentally, emotionally, and relationally. In the quiet moments of motherhood, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise of expectations, guilt, and exhaustion. I offer a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of this season. Together, we’ll explore how to hold both the beauty and the hardship of motherhood with more grace, clarity, and compassion.”

“I enjoy working with birthing parents, partners, and non-birthing parents who are adjusting to becoming a parent, considering parenthood, or navigating the unexpected challenges in life that can come with this transition. As a new mom myself, I understand how layered and vulnerable this season can feel. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down and make sense of what is changing, both internally and externally, during a season that is often idealized but rarely talked about honestly.”
-
“I provide specialized support for individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging transitions. I work with parents navigating co-parenting after divorce, blended families seeking harmony, and new parents adjusting to the complexities of the postpartum season. I also offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for those processing the emotional impact of terminating a pregnancy. My approach is action oriented and practical. We'll collaborate to promote healing, strengthen family dynamics, and support long term wellbeing.”
-
“I’m a husband and father of four, and I know firsthand the joys and challenges that come with fatherhood and supporting a partner through pregnancy and parenting. These experiences shape the way I work with all of my clients, especially men, offering empathy, understanding, and practical support through times of stress and transition. My goal is to provide a space where you can navigate challenges, untangle what feels overwhelming, and find clarity in your role as a partner and parent.”

“It takes a village to raise a child, and unfortunately modern society isn’t set up to give moms and families the support that they desperately need. Birth trauma, postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety are more common than people think. The pressures of conceiving, giving birth and adjusting to the emotional, identity changes and financial challenges of becoming a parent can rock a person to their core and put a huge strain on even the healthiest of partnerships. If it feels hard, that’s because it is. If you are struggling with family dynamics, birth trauma, attachment wounds, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, identity transitions, parenting and/or romantic partnership issues please reach out. You are not alone, and you deserve support.”
