    • Ready to serve your established clients with greater flexibility and support

    • Committed to ethical care, inclusive practice, and ongoing personal and professional growth

  • Nashville Therapy Group is seeking a licensed LPC-MHSP Supervisor to support and supervise our pre-licensed LPC clinicians. This is a unique and essential role within our growing supervision program, and we’re open to structuring the position as either a clinical/supervisory hire or an external supervision contract, depending on interest and fit.

We’re looking for an experienced clinician who is not only qualified to supervise but who also values mentorship, ethical development, and professional community.

    We Offer Two Possible Paths

    1. Join NTG as a Clinician + Supervisor

This option is ideal for an LPC-MHSP who is interested in joining NTG as a part-time or full-time clinician while also providing primary supervision to a group of pre-licensed counselors. You would carry your own caseload while also participating in our supervision program, staff events, and internal referral network. This role includes:

    • Competitive, commission-based compensation for clinical work

    • Hourly pay for supervision

    • Optional access to office space and administrative support

    • Benefits eligibility for full-time employees

    • A warm, collaborative team culture and built-in peer community

    2. Contracted Supervision Only

If you are an independent LPC-MHSP Supervisor not looking to join the practice clinically, we welcome the opportunity to contract with you for primary supervision services only. You would work in collaboration with our clinical leadership and participate in our existing supervision structure. This role includes:

    • Flexible scheduling and clear scope of responsibility

    • Hourly supervision pay

    • Structured support and communication from NTG’s leadership team

    • Inclusion in case review and supervision planning (as appropriate)

    Who You Are

    • A Tennessee-licensed LPC-MHSP with at least five years of post-licensure experience

    • Qualified to provide primary supervision for LPC-MHSP licensure

    • A thoughtful, engaged clinician who values mentorship and professional development

    • Ideally, someone who either lives in Nashville or is comfortable offering some in-person availability (hybrid options available)

If you’re an experienced LPC-MHSP who’s passionate about supporting the next generation of counselors—and interested in being part of a dynamic, ethical, and inclusive practice—we’d love to connect.

Let us know your interest in clinical work, supervision only, or both, and we’ll explore what might be the right fit.
