Hi, I’m Dallas.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down and feel understood, especially during seasons of change when things feel conflicting and unfamiliar. You can bring the questions that don’t have clear answers yet, the emotions that feel hard to explain, or the sense that something in your life or identity is shifting.

I believe many of the answers you’re looking for already live within you, and therapy can be a supportive place to uncover them with a little extra guidance and care. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative, blending practical coping strategies with deeper self-exploration and self-empowerment to help you feel more grounded and less alone as you move through life.

Clinical Experience

My clinical experience has focused on working with individuals in academic and community-based settings. I enjoy using a client-centered approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based practices, and Humanistic and Existential perspectives. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, shaped around what matters most to you, with an emphasis on noticing patterns, building coping skills/tools, and developing a stronger sense of self.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of focus center on perinatal and postpartum mental health, including the identity shifts, emotional changes, and anxiety that often come with pregnancy and early parenthood. I enjoy working with birthing parents, partners, and non-birthing parents who are adjusting to becoming a parent, considering parenthood, or navigating the unexpected challenges in life that can come with this transition.

As a new mom myself, I understand how layered and vulnerable this season can feel. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down and make sense of what is changing, both internally and externally, during a season that is often idealized but rarely talked about honestly. Together, we can make room for anxiety, overwhelm, grief, joy, self-doubt, and the complex mix of emotions that can come with this deeply meaningful and ever-changing stage of life.
