Hi, I’m Dallas.

Something I’ve noticed over and over in my work and honestly, in my own life, is that our relationship with ourselves sets the tone for everything else. It shapes how we show up in relationships, how we handle conflict, how much space we let ourselves take up, and how much we believe we deserve. And together, that’s where we’ll start.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating things like low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship conflict, identity questions, life transitions, anger, or intimacy issues. Sometimes it’s one thing. Sometimes it’s everything at once. In addition to this, I work with women dealing with postpartum anxiety, and rage, an area I’ve grown deeply passionate about, both personally and professionally.

As a mom, I know firsthand what it feels like to be in the middle of something hard and still have to keep showing up. Motherhood reshaped how I see myself in ways I wasn’t prepared for, and that experience sits with me in session. I also grew up the oldest of six kids, so being the person people lean on when things feel overwhelming comes naturally to me. Whatever you bring in, I promise I can hold it with you.

Clinical Experience

Before stepping into the therapy room, I spent several years working as a private nanny and family assistant to entrepreneurial and executive families, people with demanding careers and a lot moving behind the scenes. That real world experience taught me things you can’t learn in a classroom, and that awareness and attention to detail is something I carry into every session.

I hold two master’s degrees, one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and one in Educational Psychology and Research. Studying both how people learn and how they develop psychologically gives me a deeper understanding of what actually drives change in a person. In our work together, I will draw on CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, existentialism and person-centered approaches, but really I use what fits you best.

Clinical Specialties

I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues of all kinds, intimacy concerns, anger, self-esteem and identity questions. I also specialize in postpartum women dealing with anxiety, rage, and the emotional shifts that come with new motherhood. In sessions, I’m direct and encouraging. I’ll point out your strengths and I won’t have you sitting in silence waiting for a breakthrough. We’ll look at where patterns started and how your history is showing up right now.

If you’re trying to feel more like yourself, or figure out who that is, this is a good place to start.
