Hi, I’m Lonni.

I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even intimidating at times, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin that process. Healing looks different for everyone, and I don’t believe clients need to have the “right words” or everything figured out before coming to therapy.

I believe growth often begins with feeling safe enough to be honest about what we’re carrying. I want to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can explore what healing and growth look like for you at your own pace.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I value meeting clients where they are and recognizing that each person’s story, identity, and goals are unique. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Clinical Specialties

I work with individuals navigating a variety of life experiences and emotional challenges, whether that’s coping with grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, college students, and emerging adults as they navigate identity development, changing relationships, uncertainty about the future, and the pressures that can come with this stage of life.

I also work with clients who struggle with self-esteem, perfectionism, and the relationship they have with food, their bodies, and themselves. These experiences can often feel isolating or exhausting, and my hope is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring those struggles with compassion rather than shame. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic to them.
