Hi, I’m Emma.

I'm so glad you're here. Maybe you found your way to this page out of curiosity, or maybe something has been weighing on you for a while and you're ready to take the next step. Either way, you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

I believe that emotional well-being doesn't exist in isolation. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical health, and life circumstances are deeply connected. When something feels off, it's rarely just one piece that needs attention. Together, we can explore how your past may still live in your body, how your relationships have shaped what feels safe, and how your daily experiences, including sleep, stress, connection, purpose, and routine, influence your well-being. I approach counseling through a holistic lens, which means I'm interested in the full picture of your life. Not only what's hurting, but also what's sustaining you, what brings you joy, and what helps you feel most like yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly with the messy, complicated, hard-to-say parts of your story and feel genuinely accepted. I bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to this work, and I'll gently support you as you move toward growth when you're ready. To me, healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about feeling safe enough to be fully yourself.

Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me on a yoga mat, out for a run, searching for the best matcha in Nashville, or fully invested in some questionable reality TV.

Clinical Specialties

I work with young adults navigating the kinds of transitions and challenges that don't always come with clear answers. I'm especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, attachment-related patterns, emotional regulation difficulties, self-worth struggles, and major life transitions.

I also have a passion for working with college students during what can be one of the most formative seasons of life. Whether you're managing academic pressure, exploring your identity outside of home, navigating relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed by change, you don't have to move through it alone.

A central part of my work involves helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences. Stress, anxiety, and emotional pain don't exist only in the mind, they often show up in the body as well. I enjoy helping clients develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier relationships so they can feel more grounded, connected, and resilient in their everyday lives.
