Hi, I’m Emma.
As your therapist, you can expect me to be thoughtful, grounded, curious, and deeply relational. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged, where insight leads to meaningful, lasting change.
Clinical Experience
My work is grounded in Family Systems Theory, which means I help clients look beyond the immediate problem and explore the deeper relational patterns, family dynamics, and multigenerational stories that shape how we love, cope, communicate, and show up in the world. In addition to my clinical training, I have a background in performance-driven, creative, and collaborative spaces. This gives me a unique understanding of high-pressure environments, balancing multiple roles and personalities, and managing ambitious dreams. I believe meaningful change happens when we learn to stay connected to ourselves while staying connected to the people who matter most.
Clinical Specialties
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship transitions & premarital counseling; family-of-origin work & multigenerational patterns; parenthood, caregiving, and major family life transitions; grief, loss, and aging-related transitions; and trauma, abuse, spiritual crisis, and religious trauma.
I am especially passionate about helping clients who feel caught between honoring where they come from and becoming who they are meant to be.
I am currently completing my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy at Lipscomb University, with an expected graduation of July 2027.
