Hi, I’m Jess.

It isn't always easy to put into words what isn't working. Sometimes it's stress that won't let up or relationships that feel strained. Sometimes it's a sense of being stuck in patterns you thought you'd outgrown, or the quiet realization that you've spent so long meeting everyone else's expectations that you've lost track of your own.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be honest about what you're carrying, without judgment, without performance, without having it all figured out. Together, we'll explore the relationships and experiences that shape how you move through the world, at your pace.

I show up fully present and curious about every part of you, even the parts that feel messy, hidden, or hard to share. My hope is that our time together helps you reconnect with yourself and begin to trust what's already there. This work matters deeply to me, and I hold it with real care.

Clinical Experience

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than fifteen years as a designer, much of it in high-pressure corporate settings. I know what that kind of environment asks of people, and what it can quietly take. The questions my clients bring about self-worth, fulfillment, and who they are beneath the role aren't abstract to me, and they inform how I practice.

During my clinical training at the Sexual Assault Center, I supported adolescents and adults navigating the aftermath of sexual trauma. That work grounded me in a trauma-informed, relational approach, with deep respect for the identities and backgrounds each person brings. I draw from multiple therapeutic frameworks, paired with evidence-based interventions.

Clinical Specialties

I'm especially drawn to working with high-achieving professionals and creatives who tend to overfunction, pushing through long after they're running on empty. Our work often centers on anxiety, perfectionism, self-worth and self-compassion, confidence, values and identity, along with the strain this pressure puts on relationships when stress follows you home. Much of it also touches on people-pleasing, attachment wounds, and family dynamics that took root long before the career did. Together, we work to loosen what no longer serves you, return to what matters to you, and build a life that feels more like your own.

I also have training and experience working with trauma of many kinds, and with how childhood experiences affect your relationship with yourself and others. I support clients through life transitions and in building emotional attunement and expression.

If something here resonates, I'd love to connect.
